Product Description

White HDPE Board offers resistance to almost all acids and bases, detergents and hot water. PE has good insulation properties and is easy to weld. The operating temperature of HDPE is from -50 to +90 centigrade. HDPE rod is an excellent engineering plastic that has many unique and useful properties to offer users who need a varied and combined range of beneficial features.

Disadvantages:
1)soft surface (low tensile strength)
2)HF welding not recommended
3)Difficult to varnish and glue
4)Not weather resistant

Applications
HDPE is an engineering plastic well suited to the food industry where friction wear low and buffer strips on food production lines are important. HDPE Sheet is also important within the water industry and HDPE Sheet is found in most areas of this industry because of its very low moisture absorption and good chemical resistance.
